'Avengers: Endgame' Will Premiere 2 Days Early in China
By Kwadar Ray

When Avengers: Infinity War was released last year, it was an international box office hit. In China, the world's second-biggest movie market, the film opened with a record of $199.3 million, which is a remarkable feat considering the fact it debuted in the country two weeks before its release in the U.S. and other major international markets.
The MCU's debut in 2008 dovetailed with the early stages of China's recent box-office boom era, so plenty of Chinese moviegoers' childhoods are synonymous with the franchise. And luckily for those fans, they'll be one of the first groups to see the highly-anticipated Avengers: Endgame.
News arrived on Friday that Endgame is set for an April 24 theatrical release in China—two days before its U.S. and U.K. release on April 26.

Some analysts believe Endgame could be the first American film to break the half-a-billion-dollar threshold in the country, as Infinity War came close with $359.9 million.
Regardless if some countries have the privilege to see the film before others, one thing for sure is that the events of Avengers: Endgame--which will conclude Marvel's Infinity Saga--will certainly spark strong emotions from Marvel fans worldwide.
