Ashley Benson reveals she sometimes suffers from an anxiety-induced rash: 'It takes over my whole body'

Ashley Benson got candid about the effects of her mental health struggles in a new TikTok video.

On Thursday night the 32-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress bared her welt-covered skin in the eight-seconds-long clip.

Wearing nothing but a white towel she captioned the recording: "My anxiety takes over my whole body..."

Ashley soundtracked the content with the song Overwhelmed by music artist Royal & the Serpent. 

Appropriately, the lyrics featured in the clip were 'I get overwhelmed so easily / my anxiety / creeps inside of me / makes it hard to breathe.'

The red hives were easily visible against the entertainer's fair complexion as she filmed herself from the nose down.

A bit of her platinum blonde bob was visible in the snippet, as well as a dainty gold necklace with the name Hazel plated in tiny letters, a tribute to her toddler niece. 

Ashley, who used to date rapper G-Eazy, flashed a peace sign with a red-manicured hand at the end of the clip.
