It turns out that Jason Momoa was the superhero Warner Bros. and the DC Extended Universe needed all along.
Aquaman has been an a major hit with fans and critics, with many praising the adventurous and CGI-packed entertainment in the movie.
#Aquaman is a beautiful CGI spectacle that doesn't repeat any of the mistakes that the DCEU has been repeatedly guilty off. The CGI is stunning, there aren't too many storylines, the screenplay is pretty consistent and it packs an emotional punch. Do watch it!

The first DCEU billion dollar movie (likely) is certainly deserving. I admire James Wan and this is amazing. I hope he comes back to the sequel. Aquaman became my fave DCEU movie.

It is just a matter of time before an Aquaman sequel is officially announced. And while there's no guarantee director James Wan will be involved in the sequel, it's likely that future Aquaman films can be a major success for the DCEU after a few years of blunders.
