Andrew Glennon Reveals He Reached Out to Jenelle Evans After Her Split From David Eason

There are some unexpected allies within the Teen Mom community. Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood's ex, Andrew Glennon, apparently reached out to ex Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans after her separation from David Eason.

According to The Sun, Andrew used Instagram to update fans on his interactions with Jenelle. He wrote, "Told her I was proud of her and I am. Every small step towards saving yourself and your children from someone who refuses to save themselves is a huge victory."

It's no surprise that Andrew feels compelled to reach out to Jenelle. Earlier this summer, Amber and Andrew had a serious altercation where Amber was arrested for domestic battery. Andrew has since been fighting for sole custody of their son, James.

Andrew also spoke about Jenelle's decision to leave David, saying:

"I'm glad Jenelle has taken the right steps towards her new and better life. Existence is too brief and we cannot spend it with people who rip us apart and refuse to help themselves, there is too much beauty to be happy for and celebrate, and our children MUST be protected from that type of behavior."

It's unclear if Jenelle has responded to Andrew's comments but it's great that she has support in the MTV community.
