Amber Portwood's Boyfriend Dimitri Garcia Defends Her on Instagram After His Page is Flooded With Backlash

Amber Portwood's new man has her back. The Teen Mom OG star has been happily dating her Belgian beau Dimitri Garcia, but apparently not everyone is supportive of the relationship.

As The Ashley reports, many members of the fanbase are warning Dimitri to "run" from Amber's "toxic" ways, though it seems like he's not going anywhere. In fact, he took a stand to defend his girlfriend on Instagram. When one fan told Dimitri, "People are judging because they’ve seen her behaving like a lunatic with their own eyes. She’s awful," he had the perfect response, saying, "I think people should get to know the person before judging."

Dimitri also posted a quote that said, “I am not impressed by money, followers, degrees or titles. “What impresses me is honesty, kindness, generosity, integrity, and humility.” However, one fan took this opportunity to warned him that Amber “has none of those qualities." Dimitri wasn't having it and once again defended his lady. "Honestly thank you for your advice,” Dimitri chimed in. “I’m sure she is not the person people say.” 

"Please let me judge for myself," he then said in response to the person who insisted Amber is "toxic."

In addition to defending Amber, Dimitri was also forced to stick up for himself. Some haters accused him of only being with his reality star girlfriend for the money. “Firstly, I have a job so I have money,” Dimitri hit back. “Secondly, what do you know about my life with my children? Are you sure they’re not with me? Again people judge someone on saying and not on fact. You don’t know anything about me or my financial and family life.”

Clearly, Teen Mom fans aren't able to easily sway Amber's man!
