The snapshot marked the couple's first photo since welcoming their first child on July 22. When the news broke on July 27 the couple's baby had arrives, fans were ecstatic. “Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are delighted to announce the birth of their baby," the pair said in a statement to Us Weekly. Additionally, the site shared details of the couple's baby name choice, Willa. “Willa isn’t a family name and isn’t short for anything. [It] is a name they had picked out a while ago before the baby’s arrival," a source told the site.

This isn't the first time the couple have spoken out about combating the coronavirus. In March, the Game of Thrones actress shared an impassioned message about the importance of self-quarantining. As Vulture reports, Turner shared an Instagram Live video where she slammed those who labeled quarantine as losing their "freedom."

“Stay inside. Don’t be f**king stupid, even if you count your freedom over your health. I don’t give a ‘F’ about your freedom. You could be infecting other people, other vulnerable people around you by doing this," Turner said.

They may be new parents, but Sophie and Joe definitely aren't putting their social responsibilities on the back burner.
