I never thought a story about celebrities making out could possibly take a sad twist, yet here we are, talking about the budding romance between the late Carrie Fisher. Mark Hamill remembers the days he spent with Fisher during the original Star Wars shooting in 1977.

“I remember one time – I’m sure alcohol was involved – we were talking about kissing techniques," Hamill recalls. "I said: ‘Well, I think I’m a fairly good kisser. I like to let the women come to me rather than be aggressive.’ And she said: ‘What do you mean?’ Well, next thing you know we’re making out like teenagers!”

The 66-year-old had this slight fling with Fisher, but afterward, it didn't happen again. It was strictly a friendship from there, and the two acted like siblings from that point forward. Until Fisher died earlier this year of cardiac arrest, the two were the greatest of friends, and Hamill goes on record stating how arriving on the set of Star Wars Episode 7 was like a reunion for him.

“I’m selfishly mad that she’s not here to make me laugh. But I’m also grateful for all that she was able to give us while she was here. It has not been easy,” he said.

Fisher was a great actress and, according to those she's known personally, an even better person. Watch Star Wars Episode 8: The Last Jedi when it comes out tomorrow, the 15th, for Fisher's final performance on the big screen.
