Just a little over two years after the horrific terrorist bombing occurred at one of her concerts at the Manchester Arena, Ariana Grande is returning to the British city to perform at Manchester Pride.

Grande will be headlining the Manchester Pride event at a newly renovated 9,000-person outdoor venue, and also promised fans a "special show" in Manchester separate from Pride.

While little to no details are available yet about what this Manchester show of the Sweetener World Tour will look like, fans are taking to Twitter to express their excitement for the show at Pride.

Joining Grande at Pride will be Years and Years on Saturday, and '80s group Bananarama will be supporting Ariana during the Sunday show.

"At Manchester Pride Live we're truly honored to be welcoming Ariana back to the city to help us celebrate LGBT+ life," said the organizer of the event, Mark Fletcher.

Grande took to Instagram already to tell fans that only smaller clear bags would be allowed at her shows from now on, expressing how security is going to be heightened.

dear sweetener / thank u next tour audience friends, ?✉️ we’re sending out emails soon encouraging you to order a clear bag to bring your things into the venues as security is going to be very precise and smooth but for sure super strict. they’re super cheap and simple but having them ahead of time will for sure help things go as smooth as possible so if you see this in your emails please don’t ignore it! my team n i appreciate it very much! p.s. any clear bags within a certain size (all info will be in the ✉️) are totally fine to bring if you already have your own, i just wanted to make sure you saw these and knew about all this ahead of time so everything can go as smoothly and safely as possible. love you. thank you!
