Now that we've gotten our first Captain Marvel trailer and have watched it obsessively for a total of 900 times, us Marvel fans are in need of something else. We're ready to get more information about the as-yet-untitled Avengers 4, the next installment in the series due out next May.

While we desperately await the announcement of the film's title, along with the first teaser and trailer, we can figure out a pretty solid timeline based on clues we've gotten in the past. One particular reveal from Marvel president Kevin Feige gives us a pretty good idea on when to expect these major things.

During an interview with Collider back in June, Feige explained of Avengers 4“That’ll be after the Captain Marvel teaser probably, announcing that title. It’ll be towards the end of the year with however we launch that film.”

By the standards of how Marvel usually promotes their films, we can assume we'll probably get the title around the same time the first teaser is released, which will hopefully announce when the first official trailer will debut.

The first teaser for Avengers: Infinity War was released on Nov. 29, 2017. As Avengers 4 is coming out around the same time of year Infinity War premiered, it's safe to assume we'll get the first teaser sometime around the end of Nov. as well.

It's likely then that the title, teaser trailer, and full-length trailer will be released around the last week or two of Nov., or the first week of Dec. That is, unless, Feige and the gang are planning to torture us. But given his comments in June, I think we have a pretty good guess here.
