The wait is just beginning anew for fans of Captain Marvel! 

It's been confirmed that filming for Captain Marvel has officially ended, meaning the movie is soon to move on to the next stages of production! Captain Marvel, played by Brie Larson, will be the first female-led superheroine film for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and according to rumor, she is such a powerful forceshe will ultimately aid the remaining Avengers in the events of fourth film, which will be hot on the heels of this film's release.

Audiences can expect Captain Marvel to be released on March 8, 2019, with the untitled 'Avengers 4' coming just a little under two months later on May 3, 2019. And though there are several months to wait, fans are already excited for Carol Danvers to make her Marvel debut! 

One artist depicted the powerful heroine facing down against Thanos, and Josh Brolin has even confirmed he's been sharing scenes with Brie Larson's Captain Marvel. 

We still have yet to receive an official trailer for the movie, but seeing as how filming is complete, perhaps we can get an official look sometime soon!
