If you're a super-fan of The Office like we are, then you probably have your favorite couples to ship, and some you might even hate. But despite it all, the actors who play our beloved characters have their own lives outside of the show, and are in relationships of their own. Here's all the details.
The Office Real-Life Couples
Steve Carell's Wife
One of the cutest long-lasting couples in Hollywood, Steve and Nancy Carell have been married since 1995 and have two children. And yes, Nancy Carell is in fact Carol Stills from The Office! As Michael Scott's love interest on and off throughout the show, he ultimately scares the real estate agent away after proposing to her at Kelly's Diwali party. At least their relationship in real life is not as insane!

Are Angela and Dwight Married in Real Life?
This is a question fans of the series often ask, and sometimes wish was true. However, the two actors are only friends in real life.
Rainn Wilson's Wife
Although it's hard to imagine Dwight Schrute with any other woman than Angela, actor Rainn Wilson has actually been married since 1995 to Holiday Reinhorn, an American fiction writer. They have one son.
John Krasinski's Wife
When we talk about "relationship goals," we are directly referring to John Krasinski and wife Emily Blunt. The two met in 2006, and John later admitted he became enamored by her while watching The Devil Wears Prada (2006), watching it 75 times! Since then, the two got married in 2010, had two kids, and starred in A Quiet Place together. If Jim had to end up with anyone other than Pam, this is totally a fine option to us.
Jenna Fischer's Husband
I guess we accept Jim and Pam aren't a real life couple, and Jenna Fischer seems to have a pretty awesome family, just like John Krasinski does. She was actually married to Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn from 2000-2008, but remarried to another film director, Lee Kirk, in 2010. Lee, funnily enough, had a cameo in The Office, playing the

Brian Baumgartner's Wife
The actor who plays Kevin has been married to Celeste Ackelson since 2014, and the two share a daughter together.
Angela Kinsey's Husband
The actress who plays Angela was actually married to a writer on The Office, Warren Lieberstein, from 2000-2010. What makes this even funnier is that Warren is the brother of Paul Lieberstein, who plays Toby! By 2016, Angela was remarried to Joshua Snyder, who she is still with currently.
Kate Flannery's Husband
The actress who plays Meredith is married to Chris Haston, a photographer for NBC, who worked on The Office.
Oscar Nuñez's Wife
The actor who plays Oscar has been married to actress Ursula Whittaker since 2011, with who he shares a child with.
B.J. Novak & Mindy Kaling
Here's where this list gets tricky. The actors who play Kelly and Ryan dated on and off in real life, just like their characters did, however are claiming to have remained just friends after they broke things off for good. Mindy has even publicly admitted how strange their relationship is, though, most notably in a 2015 interview with InStyle.
"I will freely admit: my relationship with B.J. Novak is weird as hell. He is not my boyfriend, but he is not my best friend," she said. "I guess you could describe our relationship as a 'romantically charged camaraderie with loud arguments,' but I don't think Facebook would accept this as a new status."
In Dec. 2017, Mindy gave birth to her first child, and still hasn't disclosed the identity of the father. She has, however, revealed she is a single mother, and her daughter's last name is Kaling. While we might not ever know who the father is, you can already imagine all the fan speculation that it's actually BJ.
nobody knows the identity of the father of mindy kaling’s child but we can all hope and pray that it is bj novak— shannon oreilly (@karmmachameleon) June 25, 2018
We can only wish!
It feels unnatural to see our favorite characters from The Office leading their own lives outside of the series, but it's still interesting nonetheless!
