During her appearance at music festival Wango Tango, Ariana Grande debuted her new collaboration with Nicki Minaj.
Unfortunately, Nicki was not present, but her voice was still featured during the performance of "The Light Is Coming," which was produced by Pharrell Williams.
Soon after, Nicki posted some of the lyrics with a link to Ariana's video.
Can’t let a EFF boy EFF up my nice vibez! Yo Ariana come lemme gih u a high 5!!!!!!!! ✋ https://t.co/YsNqYBZ8wA— Chun-Li (@NICKIMINAJ) May 28, 2018
These clues got fans extremely excited as the two artists have released two other collaborations that were widely successful. In 2014, they released "Bang Bang," which also featured Jessie J, and in 2016, Ariana and Nicki came out with "Side to Side."
But while the two may be known for their music, their friendship is also iconic and adorable. The two often post about each other on Twitter, with Ariana referring to Nicki as her big sister.
We love this pair, and we can't wait to see them both performing "The Light Is Coming," which comes out on June 20.
