Angelina Jolie causó sensación con su visita a la frontera entre Colombia y Venezuela

Angelina Jolie estuvo de visita en los campos de refugiados en la frontera de Colombia con Venezuela, en su papel de representante y enviada especial del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR).

La famosa actriz mantuvo conversaciones con algunos de los refugiados para así saber lo que realmente están atravesando estas familias, debido a las malas gestiones del actual Gobierno venezolano.

De acuerdo con datos compartidos en el portal web del diario español ABC, Colombia ha recibido alrededor de 1.3 millones de refugiados desde que inició la crisis política en el país caribeño, por lo que lo convierte en el país que más venezolanos ha acogido. A esta lista se le une Perú, Chile, Ecuador, Brasil y Argentina.

Finalmente, se conoció que Jolie sostuvo una reunión con el presidente de Colombia Iván Duque, como parte de su viaje. Allí aprovechó para agradecer a Duque la ayuda que ha brindado a los miles de refugiados venezolanos y su compromiso de pedir ayuda internacional y así conseguir la paz y estabilidad que tanto anhela Venezuela.
